Jody and her crew are super quick to respond and really know their stuff. The material shared in the Mind Mastery workshop is amazing and makes it so simple to boost your mood and find success.

Great communication leading up to and throughout the workshop, plus ample opportunity for questions and participation. The storytelling was engaging! One suggestion I’d throw in is to consider having breakout rooms so folks can chat with each other.

I really enjoyed this workshop. It was a fantastic way to spend a Saturday, almost like an extended brunch and chat with an old friend, even though I hardly said a word. Sometimes, you just gotta listen and reflect. Jody's approach is super genuine and relatable, while also clearly rooted in a solid grasp of both management and psychological expertise. The two main insights I took away were the Formula for Achieving Results and Conversations for Accountability. Right now, I'm in a spot where these tools are gonna help me deal with a personal issue that’s come up, not a work-related one (though it could affect my professional image). Next steps: (1) reaching out to someone I used to work with for mediation advice, and then (2) finding a lawyer who can draft a cease and desist letter. The Accountability Mirror, along with Jody's genuine nature, gave me the strength I needed.

I’m not one to wake up early, and since this is a full-day workshop, you really gotta put in the work to show up with your best attitude. Jody was down-to-earth but also showed a lot of understanding in how she shares her approach. I realized my self-image wasn’t quite right in some areas, and this workshop was a real eye-opener. I picked up so much in a short time that I could take what I learned and use it right away on a situation that was really stressing me out and another ongoing issue I had. I tackled these challenges in a new way and I’m pleased to say I’m feeling much better now. The real challenge is to keep using these lessons!
